100% PURE CBD REFUND POLICY
Dear customers, please read our full refund policy to be aware of any risks this may have when purchasing any of 100% PURE CBD & CannaPet Australia products.
Please note when purchasing any non sale and sale products that 7 day money back returns are welcome if the Bottle's, Cream's and Vapes are still sealed and non tampered with or used in any way or form.
Money paid by the customer for shipping at checkout is non refundable, only the price of the items you purchased will be refunded.
Return shipping to 100% Pure CBD HQ must be paid by the buyer and is non refundable.
Refund will be processed upon inspection and review by one of 100% Pure CBD’s team members you will receive an outcome of the refund.
PRE SALE REFUND POLICY
Please note when purchasing any pre sale products that you will only be eligible for a refund after 1.5 months of waiting for your products.
If a customer would like a refund after 1.5 months times, a 2-7 day processing time will occur excluding any bank or PayPal transaction times.
Any customer of a pre sale event will receive free express shipping.
After the presale event has ended and customers have revived their products, normal refund policy’s will come into effect.
